Notts County have signed striker Danny Crow on a month's loan from League Two rivals Peterborough United, with a view to a permanent transfer.
Magpies boss Steve Thompson is thrilled to have signed the 21-year-old.
"I've been interested in Danny for some time, but so have a lot of other managers," he told County's website.
"It's no secret our strikers haven't scored enough goals this season. I'd have preferred a longer deal, but we will see where it leads."
Crow has scored 29 goals in 90 league and cup appearances since joining Posh from Norwich in the summer of 2005.
